New IBP Officers and Executive Judges Honored

Members of the IBP Davao City Chapter will gather at the IBP Building Veranda on Friday, March 23, 2007, beginning at 5:00 pm, to honor the newly elected chapter officers led by Atty. Manuel P. Quibod, President-elect. Also honored on the same occasion are the Hon. Isaac T. Robillo, Jr. and the Hon. Jose Emmanuel M. Castillo, newly designated Executive Judges of the Regional Trial Court and the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, respectively.
Serving together with Atty. Quibod for a term of two (2) years are the following elected chapter officers: Philip S. Pantojan, Vice President; January Faye L. Risonar, Secretary; Ma. Mercedita Barrios-Talaver, Treasurer; Maceste W. Uy, PRO; Rey Eduardo T. delos Reyes, Auditor; and, Lucilo B. Sarona, Jr., Martin B. Delgra III, Oscar A. Carcedo, Rodrigo B. Jumao-as, and Geraldine Quimosing-Tiu, as Directors. Completing the member of the Board as ex officio member is immediate past President, Ceasar S. Europa.
Festivities will start at 5:00 pm, with the unveiling of the Mural at the IBP Building Veranda.

IBP Davao City Chapter Sets Election

It is election time once more. The Davao City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines will hold its election of officers on Saturday, February 24, 2007, at the IBP Lounge, Ninoy Aquino Hall of Justice, Ecoland, Davao City. Voting starts at 8:00 am and closes at 3:00 pm.
